The Dramder Nacht has come to an end that may still be conciliatory - Boris Herrmann is on target. With this, the man from Hamburg realized his greatest sailing dream: participating in the Vendée Globe, arriving at the finish line.

His goal in the top five was a very ambitious one. Nobody expected that it could even have been a victory to the end, least of all himself. A crash with a fishing trawler just 100 nautical miles from the destination prevented this sensation.
Whereby just his arrival, his current place four, are such a thing. It was the first time that a German took part, then also achieved the goal, and in the top group - a gigantic athletic achievement.
The arrival of Boris
However, Boris still has to tremble a little about fourth place: Jean Le Cam can push him out of this place with his huge time credit of 16 hours. Boris is sure to be fifth.
