Under the motto "Landscapes for the Eye" is the exhibition of the passionate sailor, who is known to our readers above all for spectacular yacht photography. The Hamburg-born Nico Krauss, who settled down on the Schlei some time ago, proves in his current exhibition that he can also do landscape.

"The Ice Age has left its creative imprint on Schleswig-Holstein's Schleiregion. Where the landscape moves like a wave into the sea and the fjord and fjord pour their glittering water into the land, the impressive photo motifs appear almost automatically in the camera's viewfinder", so Krauss.

In August Krauss is in the old Kappelner Speicher No. 5 guests directly on the water and shows and sells land, sea and sailing photographs from the region. Motifs from Schlei, Baltic Sea and Förde are offered on a wide variety of materials - wafer-thin and high-quality on aluminum dibond or printed on canvas with a stretcher frame. There are also books, games, pictures on wood, postcards and small gifts.

The exhibition is in the old pier no. 5 (formerly Restaurant Hafenheimat, address: Am Hafen 19A).
Yachts can be moored directly in front of it, but watch out for a current that crosses the river.
