Lots of lines, lots of functions: the new Dehler 30 one design
After four years the time has come: the prototype of the new Dehler 30 one design is sailing - that's how much time passed from the first idea to the first test fitting. YACHT, YACHT online and YACHT tv have accompanied the project from the start - and of course were also there when the sails were set for the first time. The opportunity arose in Cannes after the boat show, where the new one design celebrated its world premiere.
An ideal opportunity to try out the various sails in addition to the fittings; after all, the boat is provided with an elaborate and well-tiered wardrobe. In addition to a fathead mainsail and reefing genukommen, a staysail is used, which serves as a heavy weather jib in strong winds, two gennakers of different sizes and a cordless rollable Code Zero.
