For several years now, the fleet operator has been offering sportier boats with which customers can also sail in regattas such as Cowes Week, Round the Island and other events. The Jeanneaus are accordingly equipped with a fully battened mainsail, higher quality cloths and a spinnaker and spinnaker pole. In addition, the cockpit table can be dismantled and an additional pair of winches is mounted. The self-tacking jib can also be exchanged. Of course, the boats also have the deep keel variant.
It is also interesting that the yachts have their own rating at Cowes Week, i.e. start as a one-design class. A tempting offer for sailors who do not feel like sailing after remuneration.
The fleet will be expanded by a further ten boats in 2021 and is of course also available to interested sailors who want to charter bareboat off the south coast of England. In addition, Sunsail organizes regatta trainings, events for companies and also flotillas several times a year. Sailors can find more information about the ships and events on the Sunsail website.
