A very weak basic current and even with thermals barely 10 knots of wind - not necessarily optimal test conditions, one would think. Most production boats would float lazily. Sure, a classy performance cruiser should get going even in such slack wind conditions. But how the Luffe 40.20 converts the weak breeze into speed surprised us too, not to mention the spectacular steering feeling.

The detailed test will appear in one of the next issues, but so much in advance: The crew around shipyard manager Oluf Jørgensen did a great job updating the 4004.
