The start of the race is on Sunday at February 13th Clock German time, but as it should be for real French fans, the live broadcast via the Vendée Globe YouTube channel and Dailymotion starts with the departure of the 33 participants from the Les Sables d'Olonne channel at 09:00 Clock. It runs until about 1:45 p.m. when the helicopters and support boats start to turn around. As in the previous year, the images are commented on by either a French or an English speaker duo.
who the Vendée Globe App of the organizer installed (iOS and Android) can also follow the start. The start is also to be offered as a stream on the Facebook page of the Vendée Globe.
