They were ambitious and started with fresh approaches: With a bold design and a modern image campaign that relied heavily on social media, Alexander Vrolijk and his team had launched and successfully placed the highly regarded small cruiser Bente 24 on the market in 2014. In 2018, the Bente 39 followed, an equally independent and successful boat as well as a large investment in development and marketing. Two yachts could be brought to the man, a third is under construction.
The insolvency application procedure was opened on February 3rd at the Bremerhaven District Court. Managing director Alexander Vrolijk told YACHT online: "It's actually very simple. The economic success has not materialized in this constellation. We have sold 120 Bente 24, but our development and purchasing costs were too high for the size of our company. We are now looking for them Investors and are very confident that it will continue."
