Results Of The Record Event

The classic week began with the night regatt "The Run" organized by the Freundeskreis Classic Yachten, whose 60 nautical miles course led from four different starts to the Danish port city of Sønderborg. There the fleet moored in the old city harbor, where a demanding land program awaited the crews.

On Sunday the yachts were able to take part in triangular regattas in the Sønderborg Bay. The squadron finally made its way to Schleimünde on Monday as part of a long haul. The evening saw the classic fleet in the port of the Arnisser sailing club in Kappeln and on Tuesday at the start line for further regattas on the Schlei and in front of Schleimünde.

After a long distance to Eckernförde on Wednesday, the regatta started on Thursday at Eckernförde Bay. Finally, the fleet ran together to Laboe and took part in the rendezvous of the classics for the Kieler Woche. The closing ceremony with award ceremony in the Kiel Yacht Club on Saturday was the festive highlight.
