The I-Phone application offers extensive assistance in the event of damage, promises the yacht insurer. It is comfortable and easy to use. Immediately after a claim, customers can send a corresponding message to Pantaenius via their mobile phone.
The program asks for the most important customer data in several steps and offers enough space to describe the course of the accident. Photos taken with a mobile phone can also be added to the damage report without any problems.
The I-Phone app is part of a new online direction that Pantaenius has committed itself to. The yacht insurance specialist has completely restructured its internet activities. This is intended to save the customer time and effort and to offer the fastest possible help in an emergency.
The new, multilingual website went online in the summer. The webpage has been visually pepped up, also brought up to date technically and supplemented with many user-friendly application options.
For example, yacht charterers now have the opportunity to take out all the necessary insurance for their trip online. Depending on the individual coverage requirements, you can choose from four different Pantaenius charter packages with skipper's liability, travel cancellation costs, deposit, international travel health and passenger accident insurance. And the crew lists can also be conveniently changed online up to one day before the start of the charter.
In addition to categories such as insurance solutions, calendar, news, trade fair dates, events and claims from all over the world, there is now also a callback service, a new, clear order form for information material and an FAQ list. A global group site especially for the B2B area can be found at www.pantaenius-group.com.
A protected login area will shortly also enable customers to view contract data and documents, change address and bank details and payment methods, upload photos, print out the Blue Card, save correspondence and much more.
