Thick, gray clouds, cold rain showers and a lot of wind - that's probably not how the stars of the "Rose of Charity" had imagined it, but it was perfect for their skipper training. For three days, well-known actors trained perfect turning and jibing in front of Stralsund, practicing sailing on the edge of the wind as well as strategies for a successful start in a regatta.
Enjoy Yachting provided two Dufour Grand’Large 382 sailing yachts with skippers for the training of the celebrities. Not only regatta sailing was practiced, but harbor maneuvers as well. At the helm were among others Hannes Jaenicke, Julie Engelbrecht, NinGnädig, Adnan Maral, Constantin von Jascheroff, Ralph Herforth and Stefan Gubser.
On the first of the three days, the stars had to deal with heavy gusts and a lot of rain. The stars on the high edge obviously enjoyed it. Actor Adnan Maral ("Turkish for Beginners") reported: "It was exciting, crazy and, above all, full of water - from above and below. It was great fun with my colleagues and there was a great atmosphere," enthused the actor.

Hannes Jaenicke was also enthusiastic - he hadn't had that much fun on his little Catalin22 in years. Stefan Gubser, known from the Swiss "Tatort", was no less enthusiastic. Analyzing, always clever and always one step ahead, he let the professionals initiate one or the other of the secrets of regatta sailing.
Things really get down to business in October. With the support of Master Yachting, Sunsail and The Moorings, the one-week charity regatt "Rose of Charity" is taking place in the Saronic Gulf off Athens. Over 20 yachts will take part. This will show who was most careful during training in Stralsund. If you want to compete against the celebrities, you can book your yacht for regatta participation with Master Yachting.
