Foiling Week

It was a colorful rendezvous for those keen to experiment: Last week, sailors and their companions came together on Lake Garda, who at least occupy a spectacular niche in their sport. It may even be the avant-garde of the sport - all of them are experts in sailing on foils.

From surfboards to dinghies to large cats, everything imaginable could be seen on boats taking off in northern Italy. And various working forums discussed this impressive variety of sailing at the third “Foiling Week”. How much the trend is spreading can already be seen from the fact that a "Foiling Week" is to be held in the US for the first time this year.
