Impressions of the 48th Barcolanvor Triest

Since the record number of participants in 2014 - there were more than 2000 sailing yachts at the start - it has been considered the largest regatt in the world. The other numbers are 20,000 (sailors), 250,000 (spectators) and the year 1969. At that time, the first Barcolana, named after the Trieste district of Barcola, started with 51 ships.
